Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds
- Currently enrolled as a college student
- Availability during the summer semester
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
- Willingness to participate in departmental trainings and meetings
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college
- Ability to work morning and evening shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn multiple food and beverage roles
- Ability to follow Forbes standards
- Basic understanding of hospitality operations
- Ability to participate in team meetings and management stand-ups
Job Duties
- Participate in hotel and departmental orientations
- Train on Forbes standards
- Shadow various restaurant positions including In Room Dining, Host person, Server - Assistant
- Learn POS system and cash handling/tip-out procedures
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings
- Shadow F&B Management and complete special projects
- Assist in banquet and catering departmental roles and work in Rugby Grille as needed
