Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds
  • Enrollment in college during the summer semester
  • Availability to work flexible AM and PM shifts
  • Ability to attend daily pre-shift meetings and trainings
  • Willingness to shadow different departments and roles
  • Commitment to follow hospitality standards and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Enrolled as a college student
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to learn multiple F&B roles
  • Basic cash handling skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including AM and PM
  • Interest in hospitality and food service management

Job Duties

  • Participate in hotel and departmental orientations
  • Train on Forbes standards
  • Shadow restaurant positions including In Room Dining, Host person, Server Assistant
  • Shadow F&B management
  • Learn POS system and cash handling/tip-out procedures
  • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings
  • Attend hotel trainings and management stand-ups
  • Shadow banquet and catering team in various roles
  • Work in Rugby Grille when needed
