- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds
- Enrollment in college during the summer semester
- Availability to work flexible AM and PM shifts
- Ability to attend daily pre-shift meetings and trainings
- Willingness to shadow different departments and roles
- Commitment to follow hospitality standards and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Enrolled as a college student
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to learn multiple F&B roles
- Basic cash handling skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including AM and PM
- Interest in hospitality and food service management
Job Duties
- Participate in hotel and departmental orientations
- Train on Forbes standards
- Shadow restaurant positions including In Room Dining, Host person, Server Assistant
- Shadow F&B management
- Learn POS system and cash handling/tip-out procedures
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings
- Attend hotel trainings and management stand-ups
- Shadow banquet and catering team in various roles
- Work in Rugby Grille when needed
