Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance
- CPA certification
- Minimum 8 years of professional services experience
- Minimum 5 years of consumer products industry experience
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage multi-unit operations preferred
- Experience in tax services is beneficial
- Previous senior management or partner role preferable
- Proven strategic leadership and market opportunity identification
- Established business development and relationship management skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills including verbal, writing and presentation
- Demonstrated leadership ability and team management
- Project management proficiency

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance from an accredited institution
- CPA required
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional services experience
- Minimum 5 years industry knowledge within the CP sector
- Experience with Food & Beverage Multi-unit "stores" preferred
- Tax experience is a plus
- Partner / Senior Manager from a Top 50 CPA Firm is a plus
- Demonstrated strategic leadership skills including defining market opportunities and creating strategic plans
- Demonstrated process creation and deploying best practices for business development and relationship management
- Strong verbal, writing and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead teams of varying responsibilities
- Project management capabilities including multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Experience in formal sales process deployment, use and training
- Ability to adhere to an environment of accountability and responsibility
- Ability to monitor and inform personal and client account performance
- Creative problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- High attentiveness to detail
- Outgoing personality and self-starter
- Outstanding relationship management and personal networking skills
Job Duties
- Achieving associated growth goals in revenue, team head count and key ecosystem relationships
- Being a focal point for collaboration, coordination and communication with your team and the national practice
- Identifying and leading a coordinated, cross functional team to pursue CP growth opportunities within the NYC marketplace
- Overseeing and evaluating all key organizational sponsorships and affiliations
- Actively participating in strategy sessions, marketing calls and events with the National technology team
- Working with industry, service line engagement teams to ensure appropriate resources and deliverables are provided to our CP clients
- Ensuring you are ever aware of our clients' position, personnel, activity, issues and challenges in order to provide support
- Providing thought leadership to the NYC CP market
- Actively participating in and contributing to the industry and service line leadership providing perspective and commentary on areas of opportunity and challenge presented to Withum in the CP marketplace
