Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5-7 years management experience in contract foodservice industry
  • Experience in high volume foodservice accounts
  • Ability to oversee alcohol sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills
  • P&L accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and POS systems
  • Leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work extended hours
  • Experience in high volume catering
  • Knowledge of safety policies and incident reporting
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and complete training

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years management experience in the contract foodservice industry
  • Experience in high volume foodservice accounts preferably in concessions or premium services for sports or entertainment venues
  • Experience overseeing alcohol sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in deadline-oriented environments
  • Previous P&L accountability
  • Contract-managed service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems
  • Strong leadership, initiative, and management skills
  • Commitment to high levels of customer and client service
  • Flexibility to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Experience in high volume catering preferred
  • Knowledge of safety policies and regulations and safety incident reporting

Job Duties

  • Upholding Legends' standards for quality and performance in all phases of the food and beverage operations
  • Constantly innovating the guest experience including food, service, and communications balancing creativity with practical implementation
  • Managing the operational budget and monthly P&L statements ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with clients and business partners
  • Overseeing management team including talent development, promotions, coaching, and performance management
  • Developing yearly operational budgets that ensure fiscally sound operation including product levels and pricing
  • Overseeing monthly inventory management for all departments
  • Verifying, preparing, and submitting reports as well as monthly projections
  • Working closely with sub-contractors to ensure standards and contractual terms are met
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and Legends regulations regarding alcohol sale, OSHA, payroll, employment, and EEO guidelines
  • Performing additional related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required
