Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years management experience in contract foodservice
  • Experience in high volume foodservice accounts
  • Experience with alcohol sales oversight
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • P&L accountability or contract management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Flexibility for extended work hours
  • Experience in high volume catering preferred
  • Understanding and practice of safety policies
  • Ability to report safety incidents on the day of occurrence

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5-7 years management experience in the contract foodservice industry preferably in a sports and entertainment venue
  • Experience in high volume foodservice accounts preferably in concessions or premium services for sports and entertainment venues with alcohol sales oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Previous P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems
  • Strong leadership, initiative, and management skills
  • Flexibility to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in high volume catering preferred
  • Knowledge of safety policies and procedures and ability to promote a safe workspace
  • Experience reporting safety incidents promptly

Job Duties

  • Upholding Legends' standards for quality and performance in all phases of the food and beverage operations
  • Constantly innovating the guest experience including food, service, and communications while balancing creativity with practical implementation
  • Managing the operational budget and monthly profit and loss statements ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with the client and business partners
  • Overseeing the management team including talent development, coaching, promoting from within, and performance management
  • Developing yearly operational budgets that result in fiscally sound operations including product levels and pricing
  • Overseeing monthly inventory for all departments
  • Verifying, preparing and submitting reports and monthly projections as required
  • Working closely with multiple subcontractors to ensure all standards and contract terms are followed
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and Legends regulations regarding alcohol sales, OSHA, payroll, employment and EEO guidelines
  • Performing additional related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
