Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum 5 years management experience in contract foodservice
- experience in high volume foodservice accounts
- ability to manage budgets and P&L statements
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- strong communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- knowledge of safety practices
- ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must follow safety policies and report incidents
- commitment to customer service and leadership
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years management experience in contract foodservice industry
- experience in high volume foodservice accounts particularly concessions or premium services in sports or entertainment venues
- experience overseeing sale of alcohol
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to multi-task and prioritize in deadline-oriented environments
- previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and POS systems
- strong commitment to high customer and client service standards
- demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills
- flexibility to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of safety policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Upholding Legends' standards for quality and performance in all phases of the food and beverage operations
- constantly innovating the guest experience including food, service, and communications
- managing the operational budget and monthly profit and loss statements ensuring accurate financial reporting
- maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with clients and business partners
- overseeing management team including talent development, promotion, coaching, and performance management
- developing yearly operational budgets including product levels and pricing
- overseeing monthly inventory for all departments
- verifying, preparing and submitting reports and monthly projections as required
- working closely with multiple subcontractors to ensure contract compliance
- ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, employment, and EEO guidelines
- performing additional related duties as required
