Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years management experience in contract food service industry
- Experience in high volume food service accounts
- Experience overseeing alcohol sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Previous P&L accountability preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Strong leadership skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years management experience in the contract food service industry
- Experience in high volume food service accounts preferably in concessions or premium services for sports and entertainment venues
- Experience overseeing the sale of alcohol
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
- Previous profit and loss accountability or contract-managed service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems
- Strong commitment to customer and client service with demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Upholding Legends' standards for quality and performance in all phases of the food and beverage operations
- Constantly innovating the guest experience including food, service, and communications
- Managing the operational budget and monthly profit and loss statements
- Maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with clients and business partners
- Overseeing the management team including talent development and performance management
- Developing yearly operational budgets including product levels and pricing
- Overseeing monthly inventory for all departments
- Preparing and submitting required reports and monthly projections
- Working closely with multiple subcontractors to ensure contract compliance
- Ensuring unit compliance with all relevant regulations including alcohol sales, OSHA, payroll, and EEO guidelines
- Performing additional related duties as required
