Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5-7 years of management experience in contract food service industry
- Experience in high volume food service accounts
- Experience overseeing alcohol sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience with P&L accountability or contract-managed services preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years management experience in the contract food service industry preferably in sports and entertainment venues
- Experience managing high volume food service accounts including concessions or premium services and overseeing alcohol sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in deadline-oriented environments
- Previous profit and loss accountability or contract-managed service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems
- Strong leadership, initiative, and management skills focused on delivering high levels of customer and client service
- Flexibility to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Upholding Legends' standards for quality and performance in all phases of the food and beverage operations
- Constantly innovating the guest experience including food, service, and communications while balancing creativity with practical implementation
- Managing the operational budget, monthly profit and loss statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with clients and business partners
- Overseeing the management team including talent development, coaching, and performance management
- Developing yearly operational budgets including product levels and pricing to ensure fiscal soundness
- Overseeing monthly inventory for all departments
- Verifying, preparing and submitting reports and monthly projections as required
- Working closely with multiple subcontractors to ensure all standards and contract terms are met
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and Legends regulations regarding alcohol sales, OSHA, payroll, employment, and EEO guidelines
- Performing additional related duties and responsibilities as required
