Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations
  • previous experience with industrial cooking
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage in a diverse environment with client and customer service focus
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations
  • previous experience with industrial cooking
  • excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives
  • ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer satisfaction
  • experience with Microsoft Office suite applications
  • ServSafe and/or HACCP certification (nice to have)

Job Duties

  • Manage all functions of the food service department and its resources
  • manage and lead a team of associates including hiring and training new employees
  • ensure staff meet all culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations
  • budget for the department including purchasing ingredients and meeting targets and forecasts
  • confer with district manager and other departments on technical and administrative aspects of dining service
  • address customer service needs
