Job Requirements
- at least four years of related experience in food and beverage operations in a casino environment preferred
- excellent written verbal and group presentation communication skills
- ability to effectively interact with individuals or small groups of people
- computer literate with proficiency in microsoft word and excel and various property management systems
- strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- at least 21 years of age
- valid alcohol awareness work card
- valid health work card
- valid non-gaming work card
- vision hearing speech and literacy
- ability to work in smoky environment with moderate to loud noise
- ability to walk stand or stoop up to 100 percent of the time
- ability to work for sustained periods maintaining concentrated attention to detail

Job Duties
- review and research all department financial reports including monthly profit and loss statements and prepare p l variance report
- emphasize staff training to increase guest service standards
- provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures and provide methods to improve efficiency and service
- formulate training outlines as needed for job standards to ensure all employees understand and have the skills to provide quality internal and external guest service
- emphasize developing and training program for management staff
- ensure management staff follows guidelines as dictated by department policies and procedures
- ensure employee schedules are appropriate for the business volume
- ensure that the restaurants are clean organized and properly functioning and that restaurant equipment is maintained
- ensure health safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
