Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED preferred
- customer service or guest relations experience preferred
- previous experience in a food and beverage environment helpful
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- must be eighteen years of age to serve alcoholic beverages for relevant roles
- must successfully complete Alcohol Awareness Program for relevant positions

Job Duties
- Welcomes and greets guests
- accommodates guests with special needs
- quotes wait times
- maintains an efficient wait list
- directs guests to appropriate waiting areas
- takes reservations
- escorts guests to table
- reviews menu specials and provides guests with menus
- answers questions about the specific food operation
- possesses full knowledge of food and beverage products served
- coordinates the orderly movement of people by monitoring table turns
- walks the dining room
- manages seating plans
- understands service capacities
- assists bussers in cleaning and resetting tables
- keeps venue clean and free of litter at all times
- understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities
- performs other duties as assigned
