Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Record of Hep A vaccine or ability to receive as required by St Louis City Health Department
- Food Handler's Safety Card or certification
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with team members
- Ability to work quickly under pressure in a team environment
- Ability to operate hot kitchen equipment safely
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, climb, carry and reach frequently
- Punctual and reliable
- Must be able to work varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide great customer service to guests with a friendly and attentive attitude
- Set up workstations and prepare and assemble menu items to specification
- Prepare recipes, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness of workstation
- Handle closing shift duties including breaking down equipment, restocking, and cleaning
- Accurately process credit card payments and vouchers, issue change and receipts
- Operate hot kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, stove tops, and ovens safely
- Follow City Museum policies and procedures at all times
