Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Record of Hep A vaccine or ability to receive as required by St Louis City Health Department
  • Food Handler's Safety Card certification
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish good relationships with team members
  • Must be able to work in environments that can be high paced and stressful
  • Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
  • Must be available to stand for long period hours
  • Arrive on time
  • Being punctual is very important

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Assist guests with all questions regarding City Museum including facility layout and amenities

  • Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Provide great customer service to our guest, with a friendly, attentive attitude
  • Employee is responsible for setting up workstations, preparing and assembling menu items to specification
  • Prepare recipes, stock areas with supplies, check quality of products, maintain workstation and clean as you go
  • Closing shift: Breaking down equipment, re-stocking, and cleaning
  • Understand City Museum standards
  • Accurately accept credit card, and vouchers for payment and issue correct change and receipts
  • Follow guidelines for payment handling
