Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Record of Hep A vaccine or ability to receive as required by St Louis City Health Department
- Food Handler's Safety Card certification
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish good relationships with team members
- Must be able to work in environments that can be high paced and stressful
- Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Must be available to stand for long period hours
- Arrive on time
- Being punctual is very important

- Assist guests with all questions regarding City Museum including facility layout and amenities

- Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions

Job Duties
- Provide great customer service to our guest, with a friendly, attentive attitude
- Employee is responsible for setting up workstations, preparing and assembling menu items to specification
- Prepare recipes, stock areas with supplies, check quality of products, maintain workstation and clean as you go
- Closing shift: Breaking down equipment, re-stocking, and cleaning
- Understand City Museum standards
- Accurately accept credit card, and vouchers for payment and issue correct change and receipts
- Follow guidelines for payment handling
