Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests' drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entry
- Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point-of-sale system
- Handle money and process credit and debit card transactions while adhering to cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu and products
- Make recommendations to guests, considering potential food allergens
- Create and deliver first-class experiences for travelers
- Uphold the highest safety and health standards in a post-COVID-19 environment
