Job Requirements

- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operation
- Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage standards
- Execute Food & Beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, in-stocks routines, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing
- Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target's policies and procedures
- Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales
- Work with vendors to set, maintain, and adjust sales floor merchandise displays and organize backroom space
- Locate and process damaged, recalled or expired items according to Target's policies and procedures
- Comply with federal, state and local adult beverage laws
- Use and care for in-store and personal protective equipment
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work safely and report hazards
- Support guest services such as cashier backup, order pickup and Drive-Up while ensuring compliance
- Greet and engage guests in a welcoming manner
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
