Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one to three years related supervisory experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- appropriate licenses as required
- servsafe certification or ability to become certified required
- knowledge of HACCP standards required
- active employee permit issued by the State of Indiana’s Alcohol and Tobacco Commission and completed server training program
- Level 4 Gaming License
- ability to read, analyze and interpret documents
- ability to write effective reports and memos
- ability to communicate effectively in various settings
- ability to perform basic math calculations
- ability to apply common sense reasoning
- ability to lift up to 25 lb

Job Duties
- understands and assists with sequence of service in all food and beverage outlets
- enforces performance standards, policies and procedures as they relate to venue operations
- monitors service in all venues as assigned
- ensures smooth and efficient operations on a continual basis by being visible and active in the venue
- communicates with venue and operations management on challenges or assistance required
- ensures the highest standards of guest service and employee relations
- ensures compliance with health and safety standards and applicable laws
- assists with scheduling employees and staffing adjustments
- monitors job performance of venue employees and provides feedback
- provides input concerning operational deficiencies and improvements
- works with culinary and stewarding teams to ensure food quality and sanitation
- promotes positive guest relations and handles guest issues
- reviews and coaches employees and provides recommendations for personnel actions
- maintains professional grooming and appearance
- listens to and handles guest comments for satisfaction
- maintains knowledge of gaming laws and internal controls
- completes shift administrative tasks such as reports and ordering of products
