Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on the floor at least 90 percent of the time
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Physical capability to meet job demands including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience leading associates at a supervisory level in a midscale to upscale restaurant, banquet venue, or hotel
  • At least 3 years as a supervisor or lead preferred
  • Experience as a server in a mid to upscale restaurant preferred
  • Ability to support the development of team members
  • Experience with financial and quality service responsibilities
  • Guest service and associate service centric attitude
  • Ability to handle physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment

Job Duties

  • Manage staff and oversee food and beverage operations
  • Coordinate event preparation and dining room operations
  • Maintain inventory control
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train, develop, and motivate team members
  • Collaborate with brewery stakeholders to support events and initiatives
