Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years supervisory experience in food and beverage or hospitality management
  • experience working in midscale to upscale dining or banquet operations
  • proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to manage inventory and coordinate event logistics
  • physical capability to perform lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
  • compliance with health and safety regulations
  • willingness to wear uniform and personal protective equipment
  • legal authorization to work in the hiring location

Job Qualifications

  • Prior leadership experience at a supervisory level in midscale to upscale restaurant or banquet venue or hotel
  • minimum of 3 years experience as a supervisor or lead preferred
  • prior experience as a server in a mid to upscale restaurant preferred
  • ability to support team member development
  • prior financial and quality service responsibilities
  • strong guest and associate service orientation
  • capable of physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
  • willingness to comply with uniform and personal protective equipment requirements

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house food and beverage operations including quality control
  • manage and develop staff through training, coaching, and motivation
  • coordinate event preparation and dining room operations
  • maintain inventory control and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • spend majority of time supervising on the floor to ensure service standards
  • collaborate with brewery stakeholders to support events and initiatives
  • report to the Senior Service Manager
