Job Requirements
- Experience leading associates at a supervisory level in midscale to upscale restaurant or banquet venue or hotel
- Minimum 3 years as a supervisor or lead preferred
- Experience as a server in a mid to upscale restaurant preferred
- Ability to support team member development
- Experience with financial and quality service responsibilities
- Guest service and associate service oriented attitude
- Willingness to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking and standing
- Adherence to uniform and personal protective equipment requirements
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience leading associates at a supervisory level in midscale to upscale restaurant or banquet venue or hotel
- At least 3 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Experience as a server in a mid to upscale restaurant preferred
- Ability to support the development of team members
- Financial and quality service responsibilities experience
- Guest service and associate service centric attitude
- Physical capability to meet job demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended walking and standing
Job Duties
- Oversee all front-of-house food and beverage operations
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development
- Coordinate and support event preparation and execution
- Maintain inventory control and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor quality control standards for food and service
- Collaborate with brewery stakeholders on events and initiatives
