Job Requirements

  • Experience leading associates at a supervisory level in midscale to upscale restaurant or banquet venue or hotel
  • Minimum 3 years as a supervisor or lead preferred
  • Experience as a server in a mid to upscale restaurant preferred
  • Ability to support team member development
  • Experience with financial and quality service responsibilities
  • Guest service and associate service oriented attitude
  • Willingness to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking and standing
  • Adherence to uniform and personal protective equipment requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience leading associates at a supervisory level in midscale to upscale restaurant or banquet venue or hotel
  • At least 3 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Experience as a server in a mid to upscale restaurant preferred
  • Ability to support the development of team members
  • Financial and quality service responsibilities experience
  • Guest service and associate service centric attitude
  • Physical capability to meet job demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended walking and standing

Job Duties

  • Oversee all front-of-house food and beverage operations
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development
  • Coordinate and support event preparation and execution
  • Maintain inventory control and procurement processes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor quality control standards for food and service
  • Collaborate with brewery stakeholders on events and initiatives
