Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related experience in food and beverage
  • strong sales orientation
  • proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws
  • experienced with computerized point of sale systems
  • strong business aptitude
  • strong service orientation
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented
  • exceptional interpersonal skills
  • must be 21 years or older
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Train front line staff on quality assurance and appropriate guest service
  • assists with daily walk-throughs to ensure full compliance with the Department of Health regulations
  • comply with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other local/state laws
  • follow correct closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices
  • prepares food and tends bar as needed
  • ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the kitchen and bar at all times
  • perform other duties as assigned by manager
