Job Duties
- Supervises food services program to meet and exceed community standards
- Prepares menus and high-quality meals for all dining venues following meal presentation standards
- Ensures timely meal service at proper temperatures with appropriate garnishing
- Provides food production for independent, assisted, and memory care housing segments
- Coordinates food production for catering services both in-house and externally
- Maintains food and supply inventory and plans dietary food services program with varied tastes
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Prepares work schedules and trains food and beverage employees
- Recruits, trains, and retains full dietary staff
- Interacts directly with residents to address dining experience and resolve complaints
