Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- ability to complete accurate inventory counts each month
- strong understanding of cost of goods sold
- experience developing and implementing safety and sanitation policies
- ability to manage department budgets and adjust payroll
- experience planning employee schedules
- skills in coordinating with kitchen staff
- experience managing banquet operations
- ability to hire and train restaurant personnel
- knowledge of human resource laws and regulations
- ability to complete hiring paperwork including I-9 and e-verify within three days
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Complete accurate monthly inventory counts with understanding of cost of goods sold
- develop and implement safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- operate food and beverage department within budgeted payroll and adjust as sales change
- plan weekly schedules for food and beverage department employees
- collaborate with kitchen to ensure fast ticket times, excellent food quality, and proper plate presentation
- plan, promote, and direct all restaurant activities
- manage sale, operation, billing, and collection of all banquet functions
