Job Requirements
- 8 plus years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience ideally within a hotel or resort environment
- Experience overseeing both restaurant and banquet operations through department leaders
- Strong operational and financial understanding of food and beverage
- Culinary knowledge and credibility without needing to be a career Executive Chef
- A people-first leadership style with the ability to coach mentor and motivate teams
- Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and compliance standards
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as business needs require
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations including budgeting labor and supply costs and service quality
- Provide leadership and oversight for all food and beverage operations including restaurant banquets catering and beverage programs
- Lead coach and support a strong leadership team including the Executive Chef Restaurant Manager and Banquet Manager
- Partner closely with culinary leadership on menu strategy pricing and execution while maintaining focus on the overall health of the operation
- Manage budgets forecasting labor strategies and cost controls
- Ensure consistent service standards and an exceptional guest experience across all outlets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales events rooms and finance to support group business and hotel operations
- Maintain compliance with health safety sanitation and liquor regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and proactively address operational needs
- Participate in the Manager-on-Duty rotation and support guest and team needs as they arise
