- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years experience in front-of-house operations leadership and/or management positions
- Five years experience in banquet operations
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- U.S. work authorization

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in coffee house, room service, and beverage operations preferred
Job Duties
- Lead a team accountable for the performance and results of the food and beverage department
- Execute assignments in the form of objectives with goals and processes to meet them
- Promote a culture of open communication
- Drive operational excellence and customer service across all revenue centers
- Oversee performance measurements and ensure budget compliance and competitive positioning
- Produce monthly financial reports for senior management review
- Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor
- Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial and personnel/payroll administrative duties
- Enforce sanitary practices and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain consistent high quality in food preparation and service
- Uphold professional food and beverage image including cleanliness and appearance standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality guest and employee experiences
- Work with Human Resources to ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Respond to guest complaints to maintain positive guest service
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment and complete necessary accident reports
- Hire, develop, and train associates to ensure guest satisfaction and company culture
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of F&B department through preventative maintenance
- Perform all other duties as assigned
