Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years experience in front-of-house operations leadership and/or management positions
- Five years experience banquet operations
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- U.S. work authorization

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred
- Experience in coffee house, room service, and beverage operations preferred
Job Duties
- Lead a team accountable for the performance and results of the food and beverage function
- Execute assignments with clear objectives, goals, and processes to meet them
- Promote a culture of open communication within the team
- Drive organizational excellence in operations and customer service across all revenue centers
- Oversee performance measurements ensuring property operates within approved budgets and competitor benchmarks
- Participate in Living as a Leader initiatives and integrate management concepts
- Produce monthly financial reports for executive leadership
- Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs including food, beverage, utility, labor, and supply costs
- Approach guests and team members with a friendly, service-oriented attitude
- Complete all financial and payroll related administrative duties accurately and on time
- Enforce sanitary food handling, cleanliness, and maintenance standards
- Maintain consistent high quality of food preparation and service
- Uphold professional food and beverage image including venue cleanliness and uniform standards
- Collaborate with marketing, human resources, sales, accounting, and lodging to ensure quality guest and employee experience
- Work with human resources to comply with employment regulations
- Respond to guest complaints to turn dissatisfied guests into return customers
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment reducing injury risks and complete accident reports promptly
- Hire, develop, and train associates to ensure guest satisfaction and strong company culture
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and preventative maintenance of food and beverage department assets
- Perform all other duties as assigned
