Job Requirements

  • Minimum four years of experience in the food and beverage field
  • experience in managerial position for 1-3 years
  • relevant experience in food and beverage sector
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to build effective relationships with clients and customers
  • ability to provide excellent customer service following company guidelines
  • ability to cooperate with other departments
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Supervise, advise, involve, and enhance teams through recruitment, evaluation, education, guidance, and performance oversight
  • confirm that food offerings align with the Executional Framework
  • assist employees in understanding goals and steps to achieve them through effective coaching
  • recognize staff achievements with rewards and acknowledgment
  • maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • identify customer demands and communicate operational advancements
  • embrace Aramark's processes and systems for efficiency
  • enhance profit generation while managing budgets for food, drinks, and personnel
  • complete and manage profit and loss reports
  • meet targets for food and labor requirements
  • implement strategies for resource efficiency and cost control
  • enact and preserve Aramark’s schedule for labor and food campaigns
  • maximize operational efficiency, implement cost-effective measures, and oversee profit margins
  • ensure conformity with Operational Excellence principles in food operations and labor efficiency
  • direct production, distribution, and serving of food
  • uphold a healthy and safe environment
  • follow policies, regulations, and statutes including safety, health, and wage laws
  • arrange frameworks for purchase, acceptance, warehousing, cooking, distribution, and menu innovation
  • create forecasts and manage accounting duties
  • supervise personnel coordination in production, merchandising, quality assurance, cost containment, labor supervision, and development
  • enlist, appoint, foster, and retain frontline personnel
  • implement scheduled inventory evaluations
  • adhere to guidelines of ArAMARK, government bodies, and accreditation entities in record-keeping
  • build and sustain client and customer relationships
  • participate in sales and contract discussions
  • seek innovative solutions to increase sales and retain clients
  • manage customer-facing restaurant areas
  • devise and implement food service schemes aligned with client mission and vision including environmentally conscious practices
