Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Progressive food & beverage management experience in a similar size luxury or premium hotel/venue required
  • Proven ability to improve guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team engagement
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch

Job Duties

  • Oversee all food & beverage operations including Porta Blu Restaurant, Verve Cafe, In-Room Dining, and Banquets, ensuring alignment with hotel, brand, and financial goals
  • Serve as a member of the Executive Committee and a key partner to the General Manager in driving performance, culture, and guest engagement
  • Actively participate as part of the GSS Champion Team, promoting a guest-centric culture and improving intent to recommend scores across the hotel
  • Lead, train, mentor, and develop department heads and associates through daily engagement and hands-on presence in all outlets
  • Monitor and forecast revenues, expenses, and labor to meet or exceed financial targets while maintaining high service and quality standards
  • Develop and implement innovative menus, concepts, and promotions that enhance guest satisfaction and brand identity
  • Drive improvement in Brand Standard Audit results, service consistency, and associate engagement
  • Ensure compliance with all sanitation, sustainability, and safety standards
  • Foster collaboration across departments to deliver exceptional experiences and maintain a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
