Job Requirements
- Minimum three years' experience supervising and managing food and beverage staff
- experience with ordering, pricing food, and inventory control
- knowledge of financial aspects of restaurant operations including budgeting and cost control
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds
- pass company security clearance
- must be honest, trustworthy, and maintain professionalism
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- flexible availability for varied shifts
- familiarity with OSHA regulations and food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum three years of supervisory experience managing five or more associates
- experience in chain food, hotel, or retail food and beverage operations
- strong knowledge of culinary services and menu production
- proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
- excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations across all outlets
- recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance
- manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling to maintain operational efficiency
- plan menus and control costs to maximize profitability
- ensure compliance with food safety, health department, and brand standards
- coordinate catering and banquet services for hotel events
- collaborate with hotel management to implement marketing and promotional activities
