Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years' experience supervising and managing food and beverage staff
  • experience with ordering, pricing food, and inventory control
  • knowledge of financial aspects of restaurant operations including budgeting and cost control
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds
  • pass company security clearance
  • must be honest, trustworthy, and maintain professionalism
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • flexible availability for varied shifts
  • familiarity with OSHA regulations and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum three years of supervisory experience managing five or more associates
  • experience in chain food, hotel, or retail food and beverage operations
  • strong knowledge of culinary services and menu production
  • proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
  • excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations across all outlets
  • recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance
  • manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling to maintain operational efficiency
  • plan menus and control costs to maximize profitability
  • ensure compliance with food safety, health department, and brand standards
  • coordinate catering and banquet services for hotel events
  • collaborate with hotel management to implement marketing and promotional activities
