Job Requirements

- Capability to occasionally lift, transport, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds
- Stamina for prolonged standing

- At least four years of experience in the food and beverage field
- Managerial experience for a minimum of 1-3 years
- Experience working in the food and beverage sector
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective client and customer relationships
- Skilled in delivering outstanding customer service as per Aramark’s guidelines
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with other units
- Ability to lift, transport, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Stamina to stand for prolonged periods
- Familiarity with operational excellence and safety standards
Job Duties
- Supervise, advise, and enhance teams including recruitment, evaluation, education, guidance, and performance oversight
- Ensure food offerings align with the Executional Framework
- Coach employees to understand goals and methods to achieve them
- Recognize and reward staff for their hard work
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards across operations
- Identify customer demands and communicate operational advancements
- Manage budgets to enhance profit generation and oversee expenditures on food services, drinks, and personnel
- Complete and manage profit and loss reports
- Meet targets for food and labor requirements
- Implement strategies for efficient resource management ensuring quality and cost control
- Enact and maintain schedules for labor and food campaigns
- Maximize operational efficiency and cost-effective measures
- Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence principles
- Direct production, distribution, and serving of food
- Uphold a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and staff
- Follow all relevant policies, regulations, and laws concerning safety, health, and wages
- Arrange and maintain frameworks for purchase, acceptance, warehousing, cooking, distribution, and menu innovation
- Create forecasts for operational components and manage accounting duties
- Implement scheduled inventory evaluations
- Maintain compliance with ARAMARK, government, and accreditation guidelines
- Foster client relationships and participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
- Manage customer-facing areas of the restaurant
- Devise and implement food service schemes aligned with client missions including eco-friendly practices
