Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum four years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- At least one year in a managerial position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain health and safety standards
- Capability to build client and customer relationships
- Capacity to manage budgets and control costs
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- At least four years of experience in the food and beverage field
- Minimum 1-3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in the food and beverage sector
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective client and customer relationships
- Skilled in delivering excellent customer service per Aramark’s guidelines
- Capable of maintaining productive interactions with other departments
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds
- Stamina for prolonged standing
Job Duties
- Supervise, advise, involve, and enhance teams to boost their impact, including recruitment, evaluation, education, guidance, and performance oversight
- Ensure food offerings align with the Executional Framework
- Coach employees to understand goals and steps to accomplish them
- Recognize staff achievements through rewards and acknowledgment
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards across operations
- Identify customer demands and communicate operational advancements
- Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee profit and loss reports
- Implement Aramark’s labor and food schedules
- Maximize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee production, distribution, and serving of food
- Uphold compliance with safety, health, and wage regulations
- Organize purchasing, cooking, menu innovation, and inventory
- Foster client and customer relationships
- Participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
- Lead customer-facing restaurant operations
- Develop and execute environmentally-conscious food service plans
