Job Requirements

  • Experience in food and beverage management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years in a managerial position
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build client relationships
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

  • Capability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • At least four years of experience in the food and beverage field
  • 1-3 years experience in a managerial role
  • Experience in the food and beverage sector
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client and customer relationships
  • Skilled in delivering outstanding customer service according to Aramark’s service guidelines
  • Capacity to collaborate with other units to ensure smooth dining service
  • Ability to lift, transport, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Stamina to stand for prolonged periods

Job Duties

  • Supervise, advise, involve, and enhance teams to boost their impact, including recruitment, evaluation, education, guidance, and performance oversight
  • Confirm that food offerings are in line with the Executional Framework
  • Assist employees in understanding what goals need to be reached and the steps required to accomplish them through effective coaching
  • Show appreciation to staff members for their hard work with rewards and acknowledgment
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards across all operations
  • Identify customer demands and adeptly communicate operational advancements
  • Enhance profit generation while overseeing budgets related to food services, drinks, and personnel
  • Ensure the completion and ongoing management of profit and loss reports
  • Meet food and labor targets
  • Implement strategies to manage resources efficiently with quality and cost control
  • Enact and preserve schedules for labor and food campaigns
  • Maximize operational efficiency, implement cost-effective measures, and oversee profit margins
  • Ensure conformity with Operational Excellence principles regarding food operations and labor efficiency
  • Direct food production, distribution, and serving operations
  • Follow policies, regulations, and statutes including safety, health, and wage laws
  • Arrange and maintain procurement, warehousing, cooking, distribution, and menu innovation frameworks
  • Create forecasts for operational components and handle related accounting duties
  • Conduct scheduled inventory evaluations
  • Maintain sanitation and safety measures
  • Supervise production processes, merchandising, quality assurance, cost containment, labor supervision, and employee development
  • Recruit, appoint, foster, and preserve front-line personnel
  • Maintain client and customer relationships
  • Participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
  • Introduce innovative solutions to increase sales and client retention
  • Manage customer-facing areas of the restaurant
  • Devise and implement food service schemes aligned with the client's mission and environmental sustainability
