Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least four years working experience in food and beverage industry
- Managerial experience for at least one year
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with company policies and government regulations
Job Qualifications
- At least four years of experience in food and beverage sector
- Managerial experience of one to three years
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to establish and sustain effective client and customer relationships
- Skilled in delivering outstanding customer service based on Aramark’s guidelines
- Capacity to maintain productive interactions with other units for seamless dining service
- Ability to lift, transport, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds
- Stamina to stand for prolonged periods
Job Duties
- Supervise, advise, involve, and enhance teams through recruitment, evaluation, education, guidance, and performance oversight
- Confirm that food offerings comply with the Executional Framework
- Assist employees in understanding goals and steps to achieve them through effective coaching
- Show appreciation to staff members with rewards and acknowledgment
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards across all operations
- Identify customer demands and communicate operational advancements
- Embrace Aramark processes and systems to improve efficiency
- Enhance profit generation while overseeing budget constraints for food, beverage, and personnel expenses
- Complete and manage profit and loss reports
- Meet food and labor target requirements
- Implement resources management strategies ensuring quality and cost control
- Enact and preserve Aramark’s schedule for labor and food campaigns
- Maximize operational efficiency through cost-effective measures and profit margin oversight
- Ensure conformity with Operational Excellence standards in food operations and labor efficiency
- Direct production, distribution, and serving of food operations
- Uphold a healthy and secure setting for clients, customers, and staff
- Follow safety, health, and wage laws
- Arrange and sustain frameworks for food purchasing, acceptance, warehousing, cooking, distribution, and menu innovation
- Create forecasts and handle related accounting duties
- Implement scheduled inventory evaluations
- Adhere to ARAMARK, government, and accreditation body guidelines in record maintenance
- Foster client management and customer rapport
- Participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
- Seek opportunities to implement innovative solutions for increasing sales and client retention
- Manage customer-facing areas of the restaurant
- Devise and execute food service schemes aligned with client mission, including environmentally-conscious practices
