Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years experience in food and beverage field
- At least one to three years experience in managerial position
- Experience in the food and beverage sector
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- Capability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Physical capability to lift items up to 50 pounds
- Endurance to stand for long durations

- Minimum one to three years in a managerial role
- Experience working in the food and beverage sector

Job Duties

- Complete and manage profit and loss reports

- Implement strategies for resource efficiency quality and cost control
- Enact and preserve work schedules for labor and food campaigns
- Maximize operational efficiency and oversee profit margins
- Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence principles
- Direct production distribution and serving operations
- Uphold healthy and secure environments
- Follow policies and regulations related to safety health and wages
- Arrange frameworks for purchase acceptance warehousing cooking distribution and menu innovation
- Forecast operational components and handle accounting duties
- Supervise unit personnel for production merchandising quality cost containment labor and development
- Recruit appoint foster and retain frontline staff
- Implement inventory evaluations
- Adhere to guidelines of company government and accreditation bodies
- Foster client and customer relationships at all levels
- Participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
- Seek innovative solutions to increase sales and client retention
