  • Progressive food and beverage management experience in similar size hotel or venue required

Job Duties

  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring performance aligns with brand and HHM core values
  • Monitor adherence to all service, sanitation, and productivity standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and control food and beverage inventories
  • Maintain inventories of food and beverage equipment
  • Monitor and control labor costs
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation levels to Health Department standards
  • Manage food preparation
  • Organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, meeting deadlines
  • Monitor and forecast food and beverage revenues and expenses to meet financial goals
  • Implement new menu items to increase customer satisfaction and value perception
  • Develop and manage the annual food and beverage budget
  • Implement and monitor ordering and receiving programs to ensure accurate quantities and prices
  • Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM's EarthView program
  • Practice safe work habits and comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
