Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Progressive food and beverage management experience in similar size hotel or venue
- Ability to work varied schedules including holidays and weekends
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
- Familiarity with MSDS and OSHA standards
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with budget development and financial management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring they perform according to established hotel standards
- Monitor performance to ensure adherence to service, sanitation and productivity standards
- Monitor and control food and beverage inventories
- Maintain inventories of related food and beverage equipment
- Monitor and control labor costs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation levels to health department required ratings
- Manage food preparation
- Organize multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Monitor and forecast food and beverage revenues and expenses
- Implement new menu items and policies to increase customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage the annual food and beverage budget
- Implement and monitor ordering and receiving program
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
