Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality management or culinary arts
  • Two to five years of experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in food and beverage
  • Preferred sommelier certification from an internationally recognized institution
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends
  • Experience with private dining events and high-end client service
  • Proven leadership skills with focus on quality and operational excellence
  • Knowledge of HACCP and local food safety standards
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Experience with POS systems including TEI
  • Experience working with international clientele

Job Duties

  • Manage food and beverage operations across all outlets to ensure excellence
  • Lead and inspire front-of-house teams with a focus on culture and service
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to coordinate seamless dining experiences
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards consistently
  • Oversee vendor relationships and inventory management
  • Develop and execute training programs to elevate team skills
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and operational metrics
