Job Requirements
- Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 50 pounds
- able to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, and reaching

- flexible availability including weekends and various shifts
- knowledge of OSHA requirements and food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Three years experience managing or supervising five or more associates
- experience with ordering, pricing food, and inventory control
- experience in chain food, hotel, or retail outlet
- experience with culinary services and menu production
- strong supervisory and leadership skills
- familiarity with financial management and budgeting in F&B operations
Job Duties
- Recruiting and training food and beverage staff
- scheduling and managing daily operations of Bistro and rooftop bar
- inventory management and ordering supplies
- menu planning and culinary oversight
- ensuring profitability and cost control
- maintaining compliance with food safety and brand standards
- coordinating catering and event food and beverage services
