Job Requirements

  • Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 50 pounds
  • able to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, and reaching
  • must possess English communication skills
  • honesty and trustworthiness
  • must pass appropriate security clearance
  • flexible availability including weekends and various shifts
  • knowledge of OSHA requirements and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Three years experience managing or supervising five or more associates
  • experience with ordering, pricing food, and inventory control
  • experience in chain food, hotel, or retail outlet
  • experience with culinary services and menu production
  • strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • familiarity with financial management and budgeting in F&B operations

Job Duties

  • Recruiting and training food and beverage staff
  • scheduling and managing daily operations of Bistro and rooftop bar
  • inventory management and ordering supplies
  • menu planning and culinary oversight
  • ensuring profitability and cost control
  • maintaining compliance with food safety and brand standards
  • coordinating catering and event food and beverage services
