Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality management or culinary arts
  • Two to five years of experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
  • Preferred sommelier certification from an internationally recognized institution
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends
  • Experience with private dining events
  • Proficiency in HACCP protocols and food safety standards
  • Experience with POS and operations software such as TEI
  • Ability to manage high-expectation international clientele
  • Exceptional time management skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations across outlets ensuring quality and service excellence
  • Lead and inspire front-of-house teams fostering a culture of hospitality and professionalism
  • Manage member relations by providing personalized and welcoming service experiences
  • Collaborate with culinary and events teams to create seamless dining and special event programming
  • Maintain operational consistency through adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and inventory control
  • Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and expense monitoring
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor team members while maintaining team accountability and development
