Job Qualifications
- Degree in hospitality management or culinary arts
- Two to five years of experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
- Preferred sommelier certification from an internationally recognized institution
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends
- Experience with private dining events
- Proficiency in HACCP protocols and food safety standards
- Experience with POS and operations software such as TEI
- Ability to manage high-expectation international clientele
- Exceptional time management skills
Job Duties
- Oversee all food and beverage operations across outlets ensuring quality and service excellence
- Lead and inspire front-of-house teams fostering a culture of hospitality and professionalism
- Manage member relations by providing personalized and welcoming service experiences
- Collaborate with culinary and events teams to create seamless dining and special event programming
- Maintain operational consistency through adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and inventory control
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and expense monitoring
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor team members while maintaining team accountability and development
