Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four to ten years' experience in hospitality
- Three to five years' experience supervising a team of managers or in a supervisory role
- Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Knowledge of restaurant database software a plus
- Knowledge of county regulations
- Ability to understand and implement dining standards
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and budgets
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret food service periodicals
- Ability to understand standardized recipe format
- Ability to solve problems and write reports
- Skills in strategic planning, change management, decision-making, delegation, time management, and employee development
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to consistently achieve high work standards
- Ability to make independent decisions using good judgment
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Communicate the core values and mission of Bluestar Resort & Golf to support company goals
- Involved in key development initiatives related to clubhouse and restaurant plans
- Establish goals and processes for measuring sales, revenue, new projects, and business development
- Provide strategic intelligence on F&B initiatives including vision, business planning, capital expansion, and branding
- Ensure superior standards of food service and quality
- Maintain effective communication among team members regarding operations, safety, and employee concerns
- Coordinate with management to create budgets and sales goals
- Monitor performance of F&B operations and adjust strategies as needed
- Oversee cost of goods, labor, and expenses
- Create operational reports
- Perform other assigned duties
