Job Requirements
- education or experience in hospitality management or related field
- minimum of four years progressive food and beverage leadership experience
- food handler certificate required
- responsible beverage service certification required
- valid California driver license
- strong leadership and management skills
- proficient with POS systems such as Micros or Simphony
- effective communication skills written verbal and presentation
- strong analytical financial and problem solving skills
- knowledge of local and federal health food and liquor regulations
- ability to manage large teams and multiple priorities
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- proven ability to manage large diverse teams in fast paced hospitality environment
- strong organizational analytical and problem solving skills
- demonstrated proficiency in budgeting cost control and financial reporting
- excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- proficient in POS systems micros simphony and Microsoft Office
- sound judgment professionalism and ability to manage multiple priorities
- food handler certificate responsible beverage service certification and valid California driver license required
- bilingual skills preferred knowledge of Sonoma County restaurant industry
- excellent beverage knowledge
- knowledge of federal state and local food and liquor laws regulations

Job Duties
- direct all food and beverage operations ensuring consistency quality and profitability
- refine update and create training and development tools to elevate operating standards practices and guest experience
- collaborate with sales and culinary management to support banquet and catering growth
- develop implement and monitor budgets forecasts and financial objectives
- partner with executive chef on menu development pricing strategy and special event planning
- recruit train and supervise all food and beverage staff fostering teamwork and professional development
- ensure compliance with health safety and alcohol regulations and sanitation standards
- manage inventory purchasing and vendor relations to optimize cost control and product quality
- lead revenue management initiatives analyze financial statements and identify areas for improvement
- control labor and expenses through effective planning and strategic purchasing
- maintain accurate payroll and participate in monthly financial reviews with management
