Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management culinary arts or relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- Demonstrated leadership and personnel management abilities
- Proficient in budgeting financial analysis and inventory management
- Knowledge of local state and federal health and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management culinary arts or related field preferred
- Proven experience in food and beverage management preferably within a hotel environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent financial acumen with budgeting and inventory control experience
- Knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to develop innovative menus and promotional events
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Supervise and manage the food and beverage department including restaurants bars banquet facilities room service and other dining outlets
- Hire train and motivate a team of managers chefs servers bartenders and support staff to ensure high standards of service
- Establish clear goals and performance standards for the team and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and regulations
- Conduct daily standups monthly department staff meetings bi-weekly manager one-on-ones
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to design creative and appealing menus that meet the tastes and preferences of guests
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
