Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet financial goals and enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets effectively
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff
- foster a culture of teamwork and excellence
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote F&B offerings and events
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of quality supplies
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative practices
- Work with the General Manager to build a team culture
