Job Requirements
- Background in food and beverage industry
- 1-3 years managerial experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds

- Minimum of four years experience in food and beverage sector
- At least 1-3 years in a managerial role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client and customer relationships
- Experience in delivering customer service per Aramark guidelines
- Capacity to collaborate across units for seamless service delivery
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to present and lead teams effectively
Job Duties
- Supervise, advise, and enhance teams including recruitment, evaluation, and performance oversight
- Ensure food offerings comply with the Executional Framework
- Coach employees to achieve goals effectively
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Identify customer demands and communicate operational updates
- Manage budgets, profit and loss reports, and cost control strategies
- Oversee food production, distribution, and serving operations
- Uphold compliance with policies, regulations, and safety laws
- Develop and sustain purchasing, warehousing, cooking, and menu innovation frameworks
- Forecast operational components and manage accounting duties
- Conduct scheduled inventory evaluations
- Foster client management relationships and participate in sales negotiations
- Implement food service schemes aligned with client mission and environmentally-conscious practices
- Manage customer-facing restaurant areas
- Promote operational efficiency and resource management to optimize profit margins
