- Five years of related hotel operations experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of profitability and budget goals
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
- Knowledge of local health and liquor laws
- Computer literacy
- Experience with hotel information systems preferred

- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
- Knowledge of LA health department rules and regulations

- Experience with hotel information systems preferred
Job Duties
- Monitor industry trends and update cocktail lists and menu items as necessary
- Prepare the food and beverage budget and monitor department performance
- Work with the General Manager and keep informed of food and beverage issues
- Coordinate and monitor all phases of loss prevention in the food and beverage department
- Prepare and submit required reports timely
- Organize and conduct regular department meetings
- Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and health and sanitation regulations
