Job Duties

  • Supervise, advise, involve, and enhance teams to boost their impact, including recruitment, evaluation, education, guidance, and performance oversight
  • Confirm that food offerings align with the Executional Framework
  • Assist employees in understanding goals and the steps required to accomplish them through effective coaching
  • Show appreciation to staff with rewards and acknowledgment
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards across all operations
  • Identify customer demands and communicate operational advancements
  • Embrace Aramark processes and systems for efficiency
  • Enhance profit generation while overseeing budget constraints related to food services, drinks, and personnel
  • Ensure completion and management of profit and loss reports
  • Meet targets set for food and labor requirements
  • Implement strategies to manage resources efficiently, ensuring quality and cost control
  • Enact and preserve Aramark’s schedule for labor and food campaigns
  • Maximize operational efficiency, implement cost-effective measures, and oversee profit margins
  • Attain conformity with Operational Excellence principles including food operations and labor efficiency
  • Direct production, distribution, and serving operations of food
  • Uphold a healthy and secure environment for clients, customers, and staff
  • Follow all policies, regulations, and statutes including safety, health, and wage laws
  • Arrange and sustain frameworks for purchasing, accepting, warehousing, cooking, distribution, and menu innovation
  • Create forecasts for operational components and discuss variations
  • Handle accounting duties related to operational components
  • Enforce sanitation and safety measures
  • Supervise and organize personnel in production, merchandising, quality assurance, cost containment, labor supervision, and development
  • Enlist, appoint, foster, and preserve front-line personnel
  • Implement scheduled inventory evaluations
  • Adhere to ARAMARK, government, and accreditation record-keeping guidelines
  • Foster relationships with client management
  • Participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
  • Explore opportunities to introduce innovative solutions to increase sales and retain clients
  • Manage customer-facing areas of the restaurant
  • Develop and execute food service schemes aligned with client missions and environmentally conscious practices
