  • Food Handlers Certification (within 60 days of employment)

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience and/or training
  • Associate degree from two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to maintain auditable records using accepted accounting practices and/or standards
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to de-escalate highly emotional situations and resolve situations to benefit the company and the guest
  • Basic skills in Google Suite as well as Point of Sale software

Job Duties

  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, training, development, scheduling and supervision of Food & Beverage team members
  • Monitor quality control, sales and costs
  • Assist in producing and managing the budget to ensure revenue and program service goals are achieved
  • Assist in monthly inventory and financial reporting
  • Assist in evaluating health and safety practices
  • Assist in inventory management and make orders when necessary
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, required, or assigned by supervisory personnel and/or the General Manager
