Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or resort operations preferred
- Proficiency in administrative and communication tasks
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous winery experience preferred
- Prior hotel or resort experience preferred
- Proficient in the use of point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
Job Duties
- Provide daily administrative support for culinary and outlet operations, maintaining back-of-house organization and overall guest satisfaction
- Respond promptly to outlet-related inquiries, including private dining requests, restaurant reservations, and guest communications
- Act as a liaison for interdepartmental communications related to Culinary, Restaurant, and Event Operations
- Ensure all special events are properly booked, tracked, and communicated to relevant teams
- Coordinate with Group Sales and Event Planning teams to review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Help organize and facilitate annual events, including vendor management
- Support service teams during meal periods and events by monitoring guest needs and proactively assisting
