Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or resort operations preferred
  • Proficiency in administrative and communication tasks
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous winery experience preferred
  • Prior hotel or resort experience preferred
  • Proficient in the use of point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences

Job Duties

  • Provide daily administrative support for culinary and outlet operations, maintaining back-of-house organization and overall guest satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to outlet-related inquiries, including private dining requests, restaurant reservations, and guest communications
  • Act as a liaison for interdepartmental communications related to Culinary, Restaurant, and Event Operations
  • Ensure all special events are properly booked, tracked, and communicated to relevant teams
  • Coordinate with Group Sales and Event Planning teams to review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
  • Help organize and facilitate annual events, including vendor management
  • Support service teams during meal periods and events by monitoring guest needs and proactively assisting
