Job Requirements
- At least six months in a guest-facing role
- Understanding of delivering a five-star experience
- Clear and active communication skills
- Knowledge of local area
- Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability for flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience at least six months in a guest-facing role
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Local knowledge and curiosity
- Physically able to stand or walk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism-be their trusted go-to from check-in to check-out
- Recommend the best local dining, entertainment, shopping, and attractions-you're the insider they didn't know they needed
- Assist with reservations, transportation, event tickets, and anything else guests may require
- Help with guest mail, messages, and business center needs
- Ensure the lobby and concierge area remain clean, organized, and inviting
- Stay cool under pressure while resolving guest concerns with courtesy and care
- Support a seamless experience by partnering with front desk, valet, bell staff, and other departments
