Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in restaurant or club industry
- Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
- Experience with keg and soda systems
- Experience in cash handling and Point of Sale system
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to handle bar equipment and glassware
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, lift and raise as needed with carrying 10 pounds for extended distance
- General math skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Completion of Responsible Beverage Service Training Course
- Ability to obtain bartender operating license
- Ability to communicate positively with guests and employees

Job Duties
- Consult check lists to ensure the bar area is properly set up and ready for bar service and complete all opening and closing procedures
- Clean and organize Village Clubhouse bar area
- Check tee sheets and daily events Google Docs for direction and guest payment details
- Maintain floor presence and greet guests upon arrival
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
- Communicate food allergens or sensitivity concerns effectively
- Stay up-to-date on menu choices, allergen info, specials, and beverage selections
- Prepare mixed drinks, beer, and wine accurately following portion control standards
- Prepare beverages for servers during service hours
- Facilitate to-go guest orders
- Provide lunch/dinner service to guests dining at the bar
- Communicate history, product offerings, and services of Erin Hills
- Ensure guests receive beverages timely
- Perform table touch to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests, complaints, or problems positively
- Handle all payments accurately
- Complete side-work, cleaning, and closing duties
- Maintain respectful and professional radio communication
- Check guest identification for legal drinking age
- Refuse beverage service to intoxicated guests and inform management
- Adhere to safety standards and sanitation regulations
- Follow Erin Hills Employee Handbook policies
