Job Requirements

  • Legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship

  • Experience in luxury hotel or fine dining kitchens preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least four years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences

Job Duties

  • Support Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Assist in overseeing restaurant and banquet kitchen functions
  • Train kitchen staff and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Conduct quality control inspections and food safety checks
  • Supervise kitchen personnel to maintain high food quality standards
  • Manage inventory and coordinate kitchen activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
