Job Requirements
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship

- Experience in luxury hotel or fine dining kitchens preferred

Job Qualifications
- At least four years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends
- Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
Job Duties
- Support Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Assist in overseeing restaurant and banquet kitchen functions
- Train kitchen staff and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Conduct quality control inspections and food safety checks
- Supervise kitchen personnel to maintain high food quality standards
- Manage inventory and coordinate kitchen activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
